Place a pot on the stove, add 400ml of water, and bring to a boil. Then add the lotus seeds and boil for 15 minutes, continuing to add the green beans and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Tip: If the water level is low, add just enough water for your family to eat.After the lotus seeds and mung beans are soft, add 2 vanilla sticks, a pinch of salt, and 300g of sugar, then stir well until the sugar dissolves and adjust the sweetness to taste before turning off the heat.
