White rice 100 gr Green onions 4 stalks Ginger 1/2 piece Common seasoning A little (salt/ monosodium glutamate/ seasoning powder/ pepper)

  • You should choose green onion stalks with dark green leaves, white, plump bulbs, not bruised, and still have roots, as these are freshly harvested, delicious stalks.
  • Avoid choosing green onions that are yellowing, have bruised bulbs, are turning yellow, and no longer have roots because these stalks are spoiled and not tasty.

  • Cook the porridge

    First, wash the rice thoroughly with several changes of water.
