    You wash the ingredients thoroughly, drain them, and bundle them together into a pot. Pour 5 liters of filtered water into the pot, place it on the stove, and bring it to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer the ginseng water for 45 minutes.

    After boiling, use a strainer to remove the solid ingredients, resulting in fragrant and clear water without any residue.

  • Cooking herbal water with sugar

    Put the filtered herbal water in a pot on the stove, add 500g of rock sugar to the pot. You cook on low heat and use a ladle to stir until the rock sugar completely dissolves.
