Prepare the ingredients
After buying, peel the melon, wash it thoroughly, and let it drain. Cut the melon into rounds and then continue slicing it into thin, bite-sized pieces.
Soak the dried shrimp in warm water or fresh water for about 10 – 15 minutes to let them expand and clean off the dust, then remove the dried shrimp and let them drain before grinding them into a paste.

Cook the soup
