  • Prepare the ingredients

    After purchasing glutinous rice and millet, remove any damaged or infested grains, then rinse and clean them with cold water.

    Next, soak the cleaned glutinous rice and millet in clean water. Soak the millet for 4 hours and the glutinous rice for 1 hour. Avoid soaking for too long as it can make the rice sour.
