Prepare the ingredients
Cut off the stems of various mushrooms, wash them clean, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water for about 30 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
Cut the tofu into small square pieces about 1.5 finger joints long. Slice the vegetarian sausage into thin, bite-sized pieces.
Wash the tomatoes and other vegetables, removing any wilted or spoiled parts. Then cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Peeled garlic should be smashed and minced finely.
