How to choose fresh ingredients
How to properly select jute leaves

- Choose jute leaves that are of moderate size, bright green, not too large, and have a distinctive aroma.
- Do not buy jute with overly large or long stems, as the leaves will be old, and the soup will not be tasty.
How to choose quality, safe dried shrimp
- You should choose dried shrimp that have a brick red color, naturally pinkish-red, firm flesh, and no strong odor, hard shrimp that are not soft or damp.
- Do not buy shrimp that are pale or dark red, as they are not natural shrimp or have been dyed, which can be very harmful to the body.
