Prepare the squid
Cut off the head of the squid, then gently score the body in a checkerboard pattern. Next, cut the squid in half and then into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare other ingredients
Green onions cut the roots, wash clean, and then cut into pieces about the length of a finger.

Fried Squid
