  • Fresh and delicious beef is the type that feels moderately soft and has good elasticity when you gently touch it with your hand.
  • You should not buy pieces of meat that have a foul smell or are slimy, as this indicates the beef has been stored for too long and is no longer fresh.
  • When buying beef, you can ask the seller to grind it for you, or after purchasing, you can grind the meat at home using a meat grinder.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Carrots should be peeled, washed, then cut into long strips and placed in a bowl.

    Next, use a knife to cut off both ends and peel the fibers from both sides of the green beans. Then wash thoroughly and let them drain.

    For the cucumber, peel it and slice it into long, thin pieces.

    Finally, crack the eggs into a clean bowl, whisk the eggs until well mixed, then season with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and stir well to let the eggs absorb the seasoning.

    Place a pan on the stove, use a brush to evenly spread cooking oil on the surface of the pan. Then, pour the prepared eggs into the pan and spread them thinly over low heat.

    Fry the eggs until they are golden brown on both sides, then turn off the heat, let them cool, and place them on an cutting board.

    Next, add the filling consisting of cooked carrots, green beans, prepared cucumbers, and stir-fried beef on top of the eggs.

    Spread the ingredients evenly and gently roll the eggs to cover the filling completely. Finally, cut the rolled eggs into round slices and arrange them on a plate.
