How to make Beef and Vegetable Rolled Eggs

Prepare the ingredients
Carrots should be peeled, washed, then cut into long strips and placed in a bowl.
Next, use a knife to cut off both ends and peel the fibers from both sides of the green beans. Then wash thoroughly and let them drain.
For the cucumber, peel it and slice it into long, thin pieces.
Finally, crack the eggs into a clean bowl, whisk the eggs until well mixed, then season with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and stir well to let the eggs absorb the seasoning.

Boil vegetables and stir-fry beef
Place a pot on the stove, add about 200ml of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. When the water boils, add the carrots and green beans in turn and boil over medium heat for about 5 – 7 minutes.
After boiling, soak the carrots and green beans in a bowl of cold water for about 3 minutes, then remove and drain.
Place a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add the ground beef and stir-fry for about 3 – 5 minutes over high heat, stir-frying until the ground beef is no longer red and has firmed up.

Next, add the filling consisting of cooked carrots, green beans, prepared cucumbers, and stir-fried beef on top of the eggs.
Spread the ingredients evenly and gently roll the eggs to cover the filling completely. Finally, cut the rolled eggs into round slices and arrange them on a plate.
