  • Baking the cookies

First, turn on the air fryer to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes to preheat. When the dough mixture is well combined, shape the dough into a round or other preferred shape.

Next, place all the sliced cookies back into the air fryer for a second bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Flip the cookies over and bake a third time at 150 degrees Celsius for another 5 minutes until the cookies are golden and crisp.

Tip: Since the cookies are sliced thin, they can easily burn when baking, so adjust the temperature and time according to your air fryer.
