How to make Peanut Butter Bread using an air fryer

  • Mixing and letting the dough rise

    First, add 200g of flour into a bowl, then mix in the ingredients including: 15g of sugar, 3g of yeast, a little salt, and 15g of butter.

    Next, slowly add 120ml of water to the dry dough mixture and knead by hand for 5 minutes until the dough forms a homogeneous mass and is no longer sticky.

    Use plastic wrap to cover the bowl of dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.

  • Rolling the bread

    After the dough has risen, take it out and place it on a flat surface, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into thin slices and spread peanut butter all over the surface of the dough.

    Next, roll the piece of dough into a long log and use thread to cut it into bite-sized pieces, then let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

  • Baking the bread

    First, you need to preheat the air fryer, then line the tray with parchment paper.

    Next, brush oil on the surface of each dough ball, and place them in the air fryer to bake for the first time at a temperature of 180 C for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, open the air fryer, flip the bottom side of the bread, and bake for the second time at a temperature of 180 C for 10 minutes.

  • Final product

    So our peanut butter bread made with the air fryer is now complete. The bread has a golden crispy crust, soft and fragrant inside, very delicious.
