How to Make Coffee Cheese Jelly
-
Cook the jelly
First, add the ingredients including 8g of gelatin powder, 200g of sugar, and 1 liter of water into a pot, and use a ladle to stir until the mixture is well combined.
Then, place the pot on the stove and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, constantly stirring in one direction.
When the mixture starts to boil, skim off the foam, then turn off the heat, divide the jelly into 2 equal parts using 2 separate pots and continue to heat them on low.

Cook the coffee jelly
For the first pot of jelly, add 1 packet of instant coffee, cook for about 3 – 5 minutes, while increasing the heat to medium and using the ladle to stir until the mixture is well combined.
Tip: To prevent the jelly from clumping, you can either add the coffee directly into the pot or dissolve it in a little hot water first before adding it in. -
Cooking cheese jelly
With the remaining jelly pot, add 2 pieces of laughing cow cheese, increase to medium heat and cook for about 3 – 5 minutes, while continuously stirring with a ladle to ensure the jelly mixture dissolves together.
Tip: To make the cheese jelly layer smoother and more visually appealing, you can blend the cheese first before adding it in. -
Remove the jelly from the mold
After cooking the jelly, to prevent it from solidifying, you should gradually lower both pots to a low heat to maintain a continuous warmth.
Then, slowly pour the coffee jelly layer into the mold or bowl, and let it sit for about 15 – 20 minutes, until the jelly starts to set, and when you touch it, it shouldn’t feel too loose, just slightly sticky is fine.
Next, continue to add the cheese jelly layer. You can keep doing this until you run out of jelly. Depending on your preference, you can make multiple layers to make the final product more eye-catching.
Once you have removed it from the mold, let it cool completely, then place it in the refrigerator for about 1 – 2 hours. Finally, gently take the jelly out of the mold, use a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces and serve it on a plate to enjoy.
