Black tea 150 gr Gelatin 3 sheets Cheese 6 slices Unsweetened fresh milk 100 ml Whipping cream 100 ml Cream 450 ml Fat powder 100 gr Sugar 400 gr Rock sugar 50 gr Boiling water 1.5 liters

How to process Fresh Cheese Milk Tea

  • Soak tea, filter tea

    Put 150gr of black tea into a jug, then pour boiling water in to rinse once to remove any dust sticking to the tea, and discard this water immediately.

    After that, place the tea into a filter bag, then put it into a pot, add 1.5 liters of boiling water, and steep the tea for 12 – 15 minutes.

  • Prepare milk tea

    After soaking for 15 minutes, take out the tea bag, add 400g of sugar, and stir well until the sugar dissolves completely. Next, add 100g of non-dairy creamer, continue stirring, then add 450ml of heavy cream, and stir for another minute until the mixture is well combined.

  • Making fresh cheese jelly

    You peel the cheese pieces one by one and put them into an bowl, use a spoon to mash it finely, then add 100ml of unsweetened fresh milk and stir until dissolved.

    Next, add 3 sheets of gelatin and 100ml of whipping cream, and stir until the gelatin sheets soften. Put a pot on the stove, slowly pour the fresh cheese mixture in and cook over low heat.

    After about 5 minutes of cooking, the mixture will be heated, add 50gr of rock sugar, stir well, and cook for about another 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth, then turn off the heat.

    Use a sieve to strain the cheese mixture, discard the residue, then pour the cheese mixture into a mold and place it in the refrigerator refrigerator for about 6 hours.

    After 6 hours, the cheese is ready. Cut the cheese into small cubes and place them in a cup, pour the milk tea in, and enjoy immediately!
