How to prepare Chicken Breast Meatballs with Vegetables

  • Prepare the chicken breast

    After buying the chicken breast, wash it thoroughly with saltwater. Carefully remove all the sinews, skin, and fat attached to the chicken breast to keep it clean.

    Next, use a knife to cut the chicken breast into small pieces so that it will blend faster. Put the meat into a meat grinder, blend until smooth, then take it out and put it in a bowl.

    Sweet corn, you separate the kernels and then boil them in boiling water for 5 – 10 minutes. Peel the carrots, slice them, and then dice them into small cubes.
