  • Traditional medicine for chicken stew is usually pre-packaged and sold at spice shops, markets, supermarkets,… or can be ordered from e-commerce sites.
  • When purchasing pre-packaged traditional medicine, it is important to carefully check the origin, expiration date,… to avoid buying low-quality products.
  • Additionally, you can visit traditional medicine shops and choose the type of medicine for stewing according to your preference.

    Pick the mugwort, removing old and damaged leaves, wash it clean, then cut into pieces about 2 finger lengths.

    Lotus seeds should have the hearts removed, rinsed once with water, then soaked in warm water for about 10 minutes, then taken out and drained.

    Wash the various traditional medicines and let them drain.
