  • Prepare the salmon fillet

    Wash the salmon fillet with water after purchasing. Then marinate the fillet with 1 spoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt for about 10 minutes, then rinse again with clean water and let it drain.

    • Method 1: Soak the salmon fillet in a mixture of lemon juice and diluted saltwater for about 1 minute, then rinse with water.
    • Method 2: Soak the purchased salmon fillet in unsweetened milk for about 10 minutes, then rinse under running water and let it drain.
    • Method 3: Soak the salmon fillet in white wine, adding a few smashed ginger slices. After 7 – 10 minutes, take it out and rinse with water before cooking.
