Sausages 4 sticks (can use any type you like) Chicken egg 1 egg Crispy flour 50 gr Breadcrumbs 100 gr Filtered water 30 ml Cooking oil 400 ml

  • Prepare the ingredients

    For the sausages you bought, place them on a plate separately. Crack the eggs into a bowl and use chopsticks to beat the eggs until well mixed.

    Put into a bowl a mixture of ingredients including: 50gr of crispy flour, 1 beaten egg, 30 ml of water. Then use chopsticks to stir the mixture until the batter has a certain smooth consistency, not too thick and not too runny.

  • Coat the sausage with crispy flour

    Dip each sausage in the crispy flour mixture one by one, then coat the sausage with crispy flour and repeat the process until all ingredients are used.

    After finishing the coating, let the sausages sit outside for about 20 minutes before frying. This method helps to minimize the loss of the crispy coating when frying.

    Put a pot on the stove and add 400ml of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add the sausages and fry over medium heat for about 10 – 15 minutes. While frying, remember to stir continuously until the sausages are golden brown on all sides, then remove them to a plate lined with paper towels.

    Continue frying in the same way until all the ingredients are used up to complete!
