Vegetarian chicken legs 200 gr Sugar 1 tablespoon Vegetarian seasoning 1 teaspoon Vegetarian fish sauce 1 tablespoon Chili powder 1 teaspoon Sliced onion 1 tablespoon Minced garlic 1 tablespoon Tomato 1 piece Lettuce 100 gr

How to Make Fried Vegetarian Chicken with Fish Sauce

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Wash the tomatoes and carve them into rose shapes. Wash the lettuce and let it drain. Slice the onion and mince the garlic.

    Heat 80ml of cooking oil, add the chicken thighs and fry over low heat. Fry until the chicken thighs are golden brown on all sides.

    Add 20ml of cooking oil to the pan, heat it up. Then, add chili powder, minced onion, and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Next, add 1 tablespoon of vegetarian fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning to the pan and stir well.

    Add the fried chicken thighs, stir well for about 3 minutes for the chicken thighs to absorb the seasoning, and thus the vegetarian fried chicken with fish sauce is complete.
