Then add 7.5g minced ginger, 5g minced garlic, 15ml honey, 15ml sesame oil, and 45ml Mirin wine into the bowl and mix well.

Cook the Teriyaki sauce
Pour the Teriyaki sauce mixture into a pot and bring to a boil. When the Teriyaki sauce starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Remove the pot from the stove and let the Teriyaki sauce cool to finish.
