    For the sake, peel off the skin, wash it clean, and cut it into slices, cutting them in half in the middle so that you can sandwich the salmon in between.

    To eliminate the fishy smell of the salmon, add 1/2 of the lemon juice into a bowl containing clean water, soak the fish in this mixture for about 5 minutes, then rinse it with cold water and let it drain. Next, cut it into slices about the thickness of a finger.
