Black tea 10 gr Rice tea 15 gr Milk powder 60 gr Egg powder 100 gr Plant-based cream 80 ml (Rich milk) Unsweetened fresh milk 80 ml Sugar 60 gr Brown sugar 1 teaspoon Ice cubes a little Boiling water 500 ml

Where to buy egg cream powder?

  • You can find egg cream powder at stores specializing in beverage ingredients, baking ingredients, or buy it at some supermarkets as well as order online on e-commerce platforms.
  • The price of egg cream powder ranges from about 60,000 VND – 75,000 VND/500g.
  • If you don’t have egg cream powder, you can use custard powder instead!

  • Steeping tea

    Pour about 500ml of boiling water into the bottle, then add 10g of black tea and 15g of rice tea, steep for 15 – 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, use a strainer to discard the tea leaves, yielding about 400ml of tea.

    Pour the brewed tea into a pot, add 60g of milk powder and 60g of sugar, and stir well until the sugar and milk powder completely dissolve in the tea.
