  • Mix the egg mixture

    Put 2 chicken eggs and 40g of sugar into a bowl, use a hand mixer at medium speed until small bubbles appear.

    Then, add 40g of melted unsalted butter, 2 teaspoons of condensed milk, and 1 tablespoon of coconut milk. Continue mixing at medium speed until the mixture is completely blended.

  • Mix the dough

    Divide 180g of glutinous rice flour into small portions, adding each portion to the egg mixture, beating until combined before adding the next portion. You will obtain a thick dough mixture.

  • Knead the dough

    Use your hands to knead and pound the dough until it forms a smooth, elastic, and non-sticky mass.

    Transfer the kneaded dough into a piping bag.
