Pork ribs 500 gr Fresh coconut water 200 ml (about 1 fruit) Minced garlic 2 teaspoons Minced chili 2 teaspoons Minced lemongrass 2 teaspoons Fish sauce 2 teaspoons Lime 1 fruit Cooking oil 2 tablespoons Common spices a little (sugar/salt/pepper/seasoning powder)

    To help the meat become tender and absorb the seasoning evenly, you can use a knife or a meat tenderizer to gently pound the meat evenly.
