How to choose fresh and delicious aloe vera

  • You should choose aloe vera branches that are of moderate size, avoid choosing very small branches as those have very little flesh.
  • If the skin appears evenly green, has intact skin, is not cracked or bruised, and feels crispy and elastic when pressed lightly, you should choose it.
  • Do not choose branches that are light yellow or wilted yellow or those that are soft, not elastic, and leaking water as they are spoiled aloe vera.

  • Preparing the aloe vera
