  • Additionally, for convenience in processing, you should choose aloe vera with a long, slender shape, without any dents on the stems.
  • Avoid buying aloe vera stems that look dry, lifeless, with the skin gradually turning light yellow, and the sharp thorns dried out. Because these aloe vera stems are wilted, they will taste bitter and not good, and the flesh of the aloe vera will not be clear but turn cloudy and unattractive.
