  • Prepare the ingredients

    After buying the pork, wash it thoroughly with water and let it drain. Next, use a knife to cut it into slices about 1/2 finger thick along the grain of the meat.

    When the meat has absorbed the seasoning, you take each piece of meat and skewer it onto the prepared bamboo stick, ensuring there is a distance of 2cm between them so that the pieces do not stick together.
