How to prepare tapioca milk tea

Soak the ingredients
Mix 5g of gelatin powder with 2 tablespoons of water, stir well and soak for 15 minutes until the powder swells.
Place a pot on the stove, bring 450ml of water to a boil, then add 2 tea bags and soak for 2 – 3 minutes.

Make milk tea
Wait a few minutes for the tea to dissolve and blend with the water to create an attractive tea color, then add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and the gelatin mixture from earlier into the pot and stir well.

Make strawberry jelly
Pour 5 grams of jelly powder into a bowl, mix well with 80 grams of sugar. Then, bring 1 liter of filtered water to a boil, and when the water is boiling, pour the jelly mixture in and stir continuously to prevent lumps, continuing to heat until the mixture becomes clear.
Add strawberry syrup to color the jelly. After that, wait for the jelly to cool and set for about 25 minutes, then cut it into squares or strips as desired.
