Prepare the Ingredients
To eliminate the odor from chicken, you should rub it with salt, soak it, and wash it with lemon or vinegar! After washing thoroughly, remove any fat from the surface of the meat and slice it into thin, bite-sized pieces.
Effective Ways to Remove Chicken Odor:- Method 1: Rub the chicken with a mixture of salt and vinegar in a ratio of 2:1 for about 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water several times.
- Method 2: You can also replace vinegar with lemon; just rub a few slices of lemon with a little salt on the chicken, then rinse with clean water.
- Method 3: Crush a piece of ginger and mix it with a little white wine, then rub this ginger-wine mixture onto the chicken and let it sit for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Peel the garlic, then crush and mince it finely.
Cut off the roots of the green onions, wash them clean, and cut into pieces about 3 finger lengths long.

Marinate the chicken

Sauté chicken breast with zucchini
