How to prepare Fried Chicken Balls

  • Prepare and grind the chicken meat

    Wash the chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of salt, then rinse it several times with clean water and let it dry.

    Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and then put it into the meat grinder to grind it finely, then transfer the ground meat to a bowl.

  • Prepare the other ingredients

    Wash the green onions and chili, then chop them finely. Peel the shallots and chop them finely.

    Add the chopped green onions, chili, and shallots to the ground chicken, season with 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and crack in 1 egg, then mix well.

    Continue to add 50g of flour and mix the mixture thoroughly so that the spices and chicken blend together and form a sticky dough.

    Put on plastic gloves, then take about 1 tablespoon of the ground chicken mixture and shape it into a ball, repeating until all the ground chicken mixture is used up.

    Crack one egg into a bowl, whisk it well, and pour 100g of breadcrumbs onto a plate. Then, roll each chicken ball in the egg and breadcrumbs in turn.
