Tips for successfully making coconut raisin bread:

  • During the mixing process, if the dough feels dry, you can add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk. Or if the dough mixture seems wet, you can sprinkle a little more dry flour (depending on your feel) onto it.
  • Depending on your oven, you may need to adjust the temperature and baking time accordingly. This coconut raisin bread recipe uses a large oven. If you are using a small oven, you need to bake the bread at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 – 18 minutes.
  • Evenly spread the coconut filling on the surface of the dough and sprinkle the raisins evenly in rows, making it easier to roll the bread, and when baking, the raisins will be evenly distributed in the bread, giving it a more appealing shape.
