  • Prepare Ingredients

    Wash the beef with water. Then, carefully cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel the garlic, wash it, and then slice it thinly. Similarly, wash the ginger and slice it thinly as well. Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it into wedges.

    For the green onions, wash them and cut them into sections. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them into wedges.

    For the bok choy, cut off the ends, separate each leaf, wash them thoroughly, and place them in a basket to drain.

    Place another pot on the stove, add 6 tablespoons of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add sliced garlic, ginger, onion, and green onions.

    Next, add 120ml of soy sauce, 120ml of white wine, and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, stir well, then add all the tomatoes and beef. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add 1 liter of water and drop in the spice packet to cook together.

    Adjust to high heat, when the broth boils, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook for about 30 minutes.

  • Boil the vegetables and blanch the noodles

    Take another pot, add about 500ml of water and 1 teaspoon of salt, wait for the water to boil, then add the bok choy, boil for about 3 minutes, then remove and drain.
