Prepare the ingredients
Wash the green mango thoroughly, then peel and shred it. Wash the garlic and peel it.
Wash the chili, Vietnamese coriander, lettuce, and tomato with water. For the Vietnamese coriander, chop half of it finely, and let the rest drain. Next, take one chili and slice it into strips.
Trim the tomato beautifully for decoration. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze to extract the juice.

Make the seasoning mixture
You add 7 cloves of garlic, 2 chili peppers, and 1.5 tablespoons of sugar into a mortar, pound them finely, and then transfer to a bowl.
