Prepare the ingredients
After purchasing, soak the dried radish in clean water for about 30 minutes until it becomes soft, then rinse it again and squeeze out the excess water.
Peel the garlic and shallots, then chop 5 cloves of garlic and slice 2 shallots. For the chili, cut it into small pieces about half the length of a finger.

Stir-fried dried radish
Place a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the pan. Wait for the oil to heat, then add garlic and shallots to sauté until fragrant.
