Ingredients for Dry Food For 4 servings

All-purpose flour 500 gr Chicken eggs 2 eggs Condensed milk 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter 200 gr (softened) Cookies 150 gr (9 – 10 thin cookies) Brown sugar 2 tablespoons White sesame 1 tablespoon

  • To make the dry cake taste the best, choose thin, crispy biscuits with less butter so that the final product will be firmer and less crumbly. You can use either salty or sweet biscuits as you like.

How to prepare Dried Fish

  • Mix and knead the egg butter dough

    In a bowl containing 500g of all-purpose flour, crack in 2 chicken eggs, then add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, and 200g of softened unsalted butter.

    After that, mix the dough mixture and use your hands to knead until the dough forms a cohesive, elastic, smooth mass that does not stick to your hands.

  • Mix cookies with the dough

    With 150g of cookies (about 9 – 10 pieces), place them in a plastic bag or zip bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Then, add the cookies to the dough mixture and knead again thoroughly so that the cookies are evenly mixed with the dough.

    Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes to warm it up.

    Take a baking tray lined with a layer of aluminum foil, spread a thin layer of oil on the foil, and then place the well-kneaded dough onto it. At this point, use your hands to press down firmly to spread the dough evenly across the tray.

    Next, use a rolling pin to flatten the surface of the dough as evenly and beautifully as possible. Finally, sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds evenly on top of the dough before baking.

    Place the baking tray in the oven and bake the dough at 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

    After taking the cake out of the oven, let it cool completely before cutting it into small pieces, sized according to your preference!

How to Store Dry Cake
