  • Prepare sour mustard greens

    Wash the sour mustard greens thoroughly, drain, and then chop into bite-sized pieces. To avoid the dish being too sour or too salty when braising, you should wash and squeeze the sour mustard greens thoroughly about 3 – 4 times with clean water.     Then, add the pickled mustard greens to the pot, mix well and braise until the liquid in the pot thickens. Adjust the seasoning to taste, add chopped green onions, mix well and turn off the heat.
