Prepare the ingredients
Shrimp should be purchased, with heads removed, shells peeled off, and the back vein removed, then washed and drained.
Add about 200ml of water into a pot to boil, when the water boils, add the dry noodles and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 – 10 minutes, cover the pot, and turn off the heat, letting it sit for another 5 minutes to let the noodles soften. Drain the noodles and rinse them 2 – 3 times with clean water.
Green onions should be trimmed to remove any damaged or wilted leaves, then washed and chopped finely.
Green beans should have the stringy edges removed, washed, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Stir-fry noodles with shrimp
Add to a pan 1 spoon of cooking oil, heat the oil and then add the chopped green onion to sauté until fragrant and golden.
