- Good meat will have a characteristic fragrant smell; this smell is not unpleasant and does not have a pungent odor.
- When touched, the meat feels firm, not too hard, not mushy, and there is no slimy liquid coming out, so it can be selected for purchase.
- Additionally, you can buy pork at stores and ask the seller to grind it for you or buy it to grind yourself using a meat grinder.
How to choose fresh tomatoes
- Ripe tomatoes usually have stems tightly attached to the top, and the stems are still fresh and not withered.
- Choose tomatoes with bright red skin that are uniform in color. The outer skin should be intact, without scratches, and plump, indicating fresh tomatoes.
- Natural ripe tomatoes often have a mild fragrance, which can be easily recognized when smelled, whereas those that are artificially ripened have no fragrance at all.
