Knead the tapioca dough
Add tapioca flour, rice flour, cocoa powder, and 30 g of black sugar into a large bowl and mix well.
Pour in 120 ml of boiling water and stir well.
Knead the dough until it becomes a smooth and elastic mass.
Take a small amount of dough, roll it into a long strand, then cut it into small pieces to form tapioca balls coated with tapioca flour.

Making black sugar pearls
Place a pot of water on the stove, when the water boils, add the pearls to cook for about 25 minutes. Then, take them out and put them in a bowl of cold water to cool down, then drain.
Add the remaining 70 g of black sugar with 50 ml of water and cook until the sugar dissolves. Finally, add this sugar water to the pearls that were taken out earlier.

Final product
When enjoying, add the pearls to the glass and then pour in fresh milk and it is ready to enjoy. This dish tastes better when served cold; if you don’t like it icy, you can chill the fresh milk beforehand and drink it with the pearls.
