What is grilled milk tea? How is it different from regular milk tea?
Grilled milk tea is named as such because when preparing it, sugar is not used as usual; instead, it is replaced with caramel that is cooked (or burned) to create a distinctive aroma (like burning wood). It is not just brewed milk tea that is then grilled.
Tips for successful execution
