Prepare the ingredients
To clean and eliminate the frog’s odor, wash the frog with diluted white wine for about 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water several times and let it drain.

Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into a pan and heat it up, then add 1 minced garlic clove and lemongrass to sauté for about 5 minutes over low heat.
