Potatoes 2 pieces (about 300g) Wheat flour 50 g Tapioca flour 50 g Cooking oil 100 ml White sesame 20 g Sugar 2 teaspoons Salt 1 teaspoon
How to Choose Good Potatoes, Not Starchy
- You should choose potatoes with yellow skin as they are usually sweeter and more nutritious than those with white skin.
- Potatoes should feel heavy, firm to the touch, with smooth, intact skin, without spots, pests, black eyes on the skin, not rotten, and without any liquid oozing out.
- Select potatoes that do not have deep dents for easier and quicker preparation before cooking.
- Avoid buying potatoes that have sprouted, have turned green on the skin, are shriveled, or feel soft when pressed, as these have been stored for too long and are not good for health.
