Bok choy 200 gr Garlic 4 cloves Cooking oil 2 tablespoons Common spices A little (salt/ seasoning powder/ monosodium glutamate/ ground pepper)

  • Do not choose bok choy that has black spots, wilted leaves, or yellowing, as these indicate that the bok choy has been stored for too long or has spoiled during transport.

How to cook Garlic Bok Choy Stir-fry

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Remove any bad leaves from the bok choy, wash it with diluted salt water, then rinse with clean water, and cut it in half for easier eating.

    Peel the garlic, wash it clean, and crush it.

    Place a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté the crushed garlic until fragrant.

    When the garlic turns golden, add the prepared bok choy and stir-fry quickly for about 1 minute until it’s coated in oil and shiny.
