  • Prepare the spare ribs

    After purchasing vegan spare ribs, rinse them briefly with water to remove dust, then soak them in water for about 30 minutes to soften the ribs, and drain well.

    To prepare the marinade for the vegan spare ribs, add to a bowl 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 10g of minced chili, 20g of minced lemongrass, 10g of toasted sesame, 1/2 tablespoon of fermented tofu water, 1/2 tablespoon of white fermented tofu, 1 tablespoon of red fermented tofu, 1 teaspoon of coloring sauce, and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Stir well to dissolve the seasonings evenly.

How to cook Grilled mock ribs with pandan leaves

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Rinse the mock ribs briefly with water and then soak them in water for about 30 minutes to soften. After that, remove and drain the water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Wash the pandan leaves, drain them, and cut them into pieces about two fingers long.
