Prepare the beef
When buying beef, wash it thoroughly with cold water, then soak it in vinegar for a few minutes to eliminate the fishy smell. Rinse it again with water after soaking and use paper towels to dry the beef.
Use a knife to slice the beef into thin, bite-sized pieces.

Making chili sauce
Place a pot on the stove, then add 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter and melt it. Gradually add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced shallots, and 1/2 teaspoon of minced ginger, then stir well until fragrant.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of saté chili into the pot, then stir until the mixture boils, then turn off the heat.

Place a pot on the stove, add 100ml of fresh coconut water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 100ml of passion fruit juice to the pot, then stir until the sugar dissolves.
Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch with water so that the water and starch are evenly mixed, then add the dissolved starch to the pot and stir continuously over low heat until it boils, then turn off the heat.
