How to choose fresh and delicious chicken wings
- You should choose chicken wings that are bright pink, with soft, smooth, and thin skin, as these are fresh and delicious wings.
- You should buy live chicken wings that have just been processed, not frozen, from reputable and verified stores to ensure food safety.
- Do not buy chicken wings that are bluish-purple, have a strong and pungent smell, and feel mushy when pressed lightly; these wings have been stored for too long and will not retain their freshness, resulting in poor taste and dry meat when cooked.

How to make Grilled Chicken Wings with Salt and Chili using an Air Fryer

Prepare the ingredients
With 1kg of chicken wings after purchasing, you should rub them with a bit of salt, then wash them thoroughly and let them drain.
Next, peel 4 cloves of garlic and 4 shallots, then finely chop them, and chop 1 chili pepper into small pieces.
For the side dish, wash the cucumber, peel it, and slice it. Similarly, slice 1 tomato into thin pieces that are easy to eat.

Marinate the chicken wings
Put the chicken wings into a large bowl, then add the seasonings including: 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of chili salt, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder along with garlic, shallots, and 4 tablespoons of unsweetened fresh milk, then mix well and let marinate for about 30 – 45 minutes for the chicken wings to absorb the flavors.
To make the glaze for the chicken, put 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of roasted white sesame, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce into a bowl, and mix well for the ingredients to combine.

Grilled Chicken Wings with Salt and Chili
First, preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius for about 3 minutes.
While waiting for the fryer to heat up, spread the sauce evenly on the chicken wings, then place the wings in the fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes for the first time.
After 8 minutes, take the wings out, flip them over, and continue to spread the sauce on the surface of the wings. Put them back in the fryer and grill at 180 degrees Celsius for another 5 minutes to complete.
Now, you just need to plate the dish and garnish with some cucumber and tomato to enjoy.
