How to make Grilled Tuna in Foil

  • Prepare and marinate tuna

    Clean the tuna by rubbing it with a little salt, removing all the insides, and washing it clean, then cut it into slices about the thickness of a finger.

    Effective tips to eliminate the fishy smell of tuna
    • Method 1: Crush ginger, slice it, and soak it in water with the fish for about 5 minutes.
    • Method 2: When washing the fish, you can mix a few tablespoons of alcohol or white vinegar into the water, then soak the fish for about 5 minutes and wash it clean again with water.
    • Method 3: Additionally, rinsing rice water is also very effective at eliminating the fishy smell of tuna. After cleaning, cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and soak it in rice water for about 15 – 20 minutes. Then take it out and rinse it clean again with water.
