How to Make Garlic Juice

  • Juice garlic, ginger, and lemon

    First, peel the garlic, scrape the ginger peel, and wash the lemon. Next, put the garlic, ginger, and lemon into the juicer to extract the juice.

  • Cook garlic-ginger juice with honey

    Add 450ml of honey into the pot, then add the mixture of garlic juice and 200ml of apple cider vinegar, stir well and place on the stove.

    Cook the garlic juice mixture on low heat for about 2 minutes, until the mixture starts to bubble, then turn off the heat.
