How to make Milk tea with whipping cream

  • Cook the tea

    Put a pot on the stove, add 250ml of water and 1/2 tablespoon of black tea, and cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir well, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, turn off the stove and pour into a bowl.

Black tea 50 gr Whipping cream 250 ml Gelatin powder 15 gr Fresh milk 250 ml Condensed milk 150 ml Cane sugar 80 gr Boiling water 750 ml

  • Gelatin is a product extracted from collagen found in the bones and skin of animals. The skin or bones of animals undergo a very thorough processing from the cleaning of raw materials to the stage of becoming gelatin that can be used in food.

  • Gelatin is produced in two common forms: gelatin powder and gelatin sheets. Gelatin can be seen as a type of protein that is odorless and tasteless, but there is also a type that has a slightly yellowish color.

  • Steep the tea

    Add 50g of black tea to a bottle, pour in about 750ml of boiling water, and steep the tea for about 5 minutes.

    Add 80gr of cane sugar into a bowl, then add 630ml of black tea and 15gr of gelatin powder, stir well and then pour in 250ml of fresh milk, and stir again. Use a sieve to remove any lumps, then pour the jelly mixture into molds and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Note: You should add the tea while it’s still warm to help dissolve the gelatin powder more easily!

    Add 250ml of whipping cream, 150ml of condensed milk, and 120ml of black tea, stir well to mix all the ingredients together. Then place it in the refrigerator until ready to drink.
