  • Pork that is firm and elastic is good meat. You can test it by pressing your finger into the meat; if it bounces back immediately, is not slimy, and does not release water or fluid, it is good.

  • To make the dish appealing, you should choose mushrooms that have large, firm, and sturdy stems.
  • In addition, good oyster mushrooms will have a natural color (white or gray), not too dark or too light.

  • Prepare and marinate the meat

    After purchasing the meat, wash it thoroughly and soak it in diluted salt water for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove it, rinse it again with clean water, then use a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    To marinate the meat, add 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder and 1 minced garlic clove, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    After 3 minutes, adjust the seasoning to taste, add chili and green onions, then turn off the heat to finish.
