  • Prepare the ingredients

    Green onions should have the wilted yellow leaves and roots removed, washed clean, and then chopped finely with a knife. For garlic, peel off the skin, wash it clean, and mince it finely. Ginger should be peeled, washed clean, and also minced finely.
